• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until canceled
• Annual subscriptions auto-renew yearly until canceled
• Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the billing period
• Refunds: pro-rated for genuine technical failure; otherwise no
• Price changes: 30-day notice via email before renewal

• No scraping, mass-downloading, or bot-driven access
• No reselling content or screenshots without permission
• No reverse-engineering the AI mock interview / scoring engines
• No uploading of patient-identifying information (HIPAA)
