Why a separate plan from hospital / ASC accounts
A hospital that uses gasguide for credentialing isn't the same as a CRNA partnership covering that hospital. The hospital's account tracks theircredentialing process across an unrelated roster; the partnership's account is a billing wrapper around the partners' individual study + CE + credential needs. We split them so the two compliance postures stay clean.
The 60-second pitch
- Create your groupat /employer/new — pick “Group practice” as the facility type.
- Sign the BAAon behalf of the partnership (HIPAA-required before the dashboard reveals any roster credential data — <2 minutes).
- Invite each CRNA by email — they accept on their personal gasguide account and the partnership pays the seat fee.
- Review the group roll-up at /employer/[slug]/group: per-member credentials, MAC Core cycle progress, upcoming expirations.
