Clinical note:Brain Trauma Foundation: target CPP 60–70 mmHg in adult TBI. Normal ICP 7–15 mmHg; treat sustained > 22 mmHg. Avoid hyperventilation past PaCO₂ 30 mmHg (ischemia). Levelling: zero arterial transducer at the tragus for accurate cerebral MAP. Education only.
