Drug infusion converter

Convert any mcg/kg/min or mcg/min order to a pump rate. Or back-calculate if you know mL/hr and want to verify dose.

Pump rate (mL/hr) = (target dose × 60) ÷ (concentration × 1000)

Example:
  Norepi at 0.05 mcg/kg/min, 70 kg, mixed 4 mg in 250 mL (16 mcg/mL):
  3.5 mcg/min × 60 = 210 mcg/hr ÷ 16 mcg/mL = 13.1 mL/hr
